While our team may be offline, your insurance carrier remains fully operational, and there are clear ways to handle any policy needs during this time.

Certificates of Insurance
We understand you need certificates of insurance in a timely manner to keep your wheels spinning.
Progressive and GEICO clients may send certificates of insurance over their carrier’s app or by contacting their insurance carrier directly.
All other policies, please send your request to us online or email it to us at policy@truckins.net. Please include in your request:
- Your company name
- Certificate holder’s name
- Certificate holder’s address
- Email to send certificate
We will do our best to send your certificate out as quickly as possible. Please understand that we may experience power outages which will affect our ability to generate certificates in a timely manner.
